Sí, ya lo sé que algo del ITF podías esperar en la víspera de un día tan decisivo con una cumbre europea que podría dar el visto bueno a un ITF en Europa, sin esperar a la casi imposible unanimidad. La presidencia Danesa sigue insistiendo, con el apoyo de varios países nórdicos, en lograr un consenso sobre el ITF en Europa que es imposible por la postura egoísta a favor de la especulación financiera de Gran Bretaña, Suecia, Chekia y Malta que se muestran totalmente contrarios al ITF por los efectos que pudiera tener sobre su economía. Así pues la situación es esperanzadora pero sigue sin ser fácil; solo el apoyo decidido de Alemania puede inclinar la balanza del lado de los nueve países (incluido España) que expresaron hace unos meses, su voluntad de impulsar el ITF por el mecanismo de cooperación reforzada que no precisa de la unanimidad del Consejo de Europa.
Quizá ya es demasiado tarde pero el que quiera escribir a Rajoy y a De Guindos para pedirles que mañana "no olviden" en Europa el tema del ITF, puede firmar aquí en un minuto como han hecho ya miles de personas, que más vale tarde que nunca y cuantos más seamos mejor:
